The Lawgical Firm P.A. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented legal professional to assist attorneys in all litigation stages, with a focus on discovery and judgment phases.

This role requires prior experience and is based in our Orlando, FL office (32803). You will support attorneys and senior paralegals in case management, draft and file pleadings, manage files, coordinate with clients and experts, and help improve workflow and efficiency while maintaining excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented leader with ability to mentor and guide staff.
• Prior First Party Property litigation preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must work in the Orlando, FL office 32803.
• Proficient computer and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support attorneys and senior paralegal in all aspects of litigation and case management.
• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate with experts, clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Oversee assistants and legal staff, delegating tasks and deadlines.
• Track litigation deadlines, hearings, and milestones, with proactive communication.
• Assist with document review, production, and trial exhibits.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and ensuring client service.
• Collaborate with team to improve workflow and case management processes.
• Communicate with clients via call, email, text, or video conferencing.
