This role provides case intake, document management, discovery, litigation holds, trial prep, and coordination with outside counsel, helping attorneys navigate complex civil litigation in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in civil, healthcare, or related practice areas.
• Experience managing litigation files and supporting discovery processes.
• Proficiency with document management and eDiscovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Support management of litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Coordinate and maintain litigation files, pleadings, and related records.
• Assist with discovery requests, document collection, review, and production.
