Job summary

Uber is seeking a Safety & Insurance Litigation Paralegal to support in-house attorneys handling auto liability. Based in Chicago, IL, you will help manage a fast-paced tort litigation lifecycle across the US & Canada, including discovery and trial prep.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years paralegal experience, a BA/BS, and strong technical skills with Google Suite, Excel and Word. Salesforce/SQL experience is a plus, and a paralegal certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paralegal experience in auto liability or insurance matters.
• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with Google Suite, Excel, Word, Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize a high volume caseload in tort litigation across US & Canada.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Manage case handling processes and maintain documents in matter systems.
• Support data analytics, create engaging internal/external presentations.
