Job summary

Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix seeks a Paralegal Assistant to support the Litigation practice group. You will help with case files, discovery, and coordinating with attorneys and staff to move matters forward.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BA degree and ABA-accredited paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in document handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently with supervision when needed.

Responsibilities

• Case & document management: organize and maintain case files.
• Litigation support: assist in discovery, trial prep, and management.
• Quality control: ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
• Legal research & analysis: review case law and statutes.
• Client & team coordination: foster strong attorney/staff collaboration.
• E-discovery & compliance: support e-discovery per rules.
