Job summary

Sweet James Accident Attorneys in Orange County, CA, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to oversee day-to-day management of personal injury cases from assignment through resolution, serving as the primary contact for clients.

You will coordinate filings, gather documentation, liaise with insurers, medical providers, and other parties, and support depositions, research, and trial exhibits with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Civil Litigation or Personal Injury Litigation relative experience required.
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and civil procedure.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with follow through.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain litigation files using cloud-based legal software
• Gather and organize supporting documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties
• Assist with depositions, witness preparation, legal research, and prepare/manage trial exhibits
• Ensure files progress efficiently and timely
• Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy
