Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy Fraud & Recovery practice. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage discovery, e-filing, subpoenas, and trial preparation, ensuring meticulous organization and clear communication with attorneys. A hybrid schedule and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong experience with discovery, e-filing, subpoenas, and trial preparation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with fraud matters or medical records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a busy Fraud & Recovery practice from discovery through trial.
• Manage document production, discovery requests, e-filing, subpoenas, and trial preparation tasks.
• Collaborate with attorneys to organize case files and maintain trial timelines.
