This is a temporary role that offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high‑impact cases while working alongside seasoned litigators in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Who You Are

• You have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, including e-filing in New York courts
• Familiar with NY collections processes and terminology
• Proficient in NYCEF and EDDS platforms
• Skilled in drafting, assembling, and submitting motions electronically

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and file high-volume motions for default judgments
• Manage e-filing through NYCEF and EDDS systems
• Coordinate and obtain client e-signatures for required documents
• Utilize Simplicity Collect for document generation and NetDocs for document management

What Success Looks Like

• Motions are drafted accurately and filed on time
• E-filing processes run smoothly with minimal errors
• Client signatures are secured promptly to avoid delays

Pay Range

$35-40 per hour
