Job Overview

Seeking an In-Office Commercial Litigation and Insurance Defense Paralegal. We are a business‑minded firm on track for aggressive growth, and we need an experienced litigation paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience to join our team. You will work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help clients. We are known for assisting clients with complex lawsuits throughout the state of Florida and in federal courts.

Key Responsibilities

Take initiative on work that needs to be done, manage litigation tasks independently, support attorneys and owners, and help clients with complex commercial litigation and/or complex insurance defense litigation. The role requires hitting the ground running while learning and growing within the team.
