Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a direct hire, permanent opportunity in Sandy Springs, GA. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, ideally in a law firm setting. You will assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, draft documents, manage case files, and coordinate with clients and court personnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Experience in a law firm setting preferred.
• Familiarity with discovery, depositions and trial prep.

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a direct hire, permanent opportunity with our client in Sandy Springs. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, ideally in a law firm setting.

Essential duties include:

Case Management & Litigation Support

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery, document production, and trial preparation.
• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Manage case files and maintain organization of physical and electronic records. - We are paperless - no physical records
• Track and monitor case deadlines, hearings, and court schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel as needed.

Research & Documentation

• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, or other databases.
• Review, analyze, and summarize discovery responses, medical records, and depositions.
• Assist in preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure adherence to federal and state court rules, filing procedures, and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and ethical standards.
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
