Thrivas Staffing Agency is sourcing an experienced litigation paralegal for a large law firm in Florida. This full-time, permanent opportunity seeks candidates with extensive civil litigation background, ideally 10+ years, to support a partner handling complex personal injury, mass tort, and product liability cases.

The role involves drafting all supporting documents, managing calendars, scheduling hearings, mediations and depositions, and ensuring efficient case progression.

Qualifications

The litigation paralegal supports a busy partner who handles all general civil litigation with an emphasis on complex personal injury, mass tort, product liability, etc. An experienced legal assistant will be part of your team. You will be responsible for drafting all supporting documents; complaints, pleadings, responses, motions, etc. You will also oversee calendaring, scheduling of hearings, mediations and depos.

This position requires a team player who has a friendly demeanor but is serious about their career. The attorney is lighthearted and easy going but focused on handling cases quickly and efficiently. He oversees a heavy caseload. A mature and reliable individual with minimal distractions who is able to focus on the position.
