Job summary

Law Tyme in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support complex civil matters. You will draft pleadings, manage deadlines, and work closely with attorneys to prepare for depositions and trials.

Requirements include 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong research and writing skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, plus knowledge of local rules and discovery. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal.
• Must be able to work on Complex Litigation Cases.
• Able to draft Pleadings.
• Excellent Research and Writing skills.
• Knowledge of the Local Rules and Procedures.
• Possess Excellent Discovery Skills.
• Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
• Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook.
• Case Management Experience.
• Trial experience helpful.

Salary will depend on your experience, however, we are in the range of $90-110K, DOE.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
