Jobot is seeking an experienced attorney support professional for a boutique defense firm with hybrid work options in Phoenix. The role emphasizes insurance defense litigation, document management, and collaboration with multiple attorneys to advance cases.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance defense, a paralegal credential or degree, and familiarity with iManage, PerfectLaw, Casefleet, and Trial Director. A supportive, inclusive environment is offered with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree preferred from an ABA-approved program.
• Experience with iManage and PerfectLaw.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys.
• Knowledge of the Federal and State rules of procedure.
• Experience with trial software Casefleet and Trial Director.
• Experience producing chronologies and reviewing medical records.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree: Preferred from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
• Experience with iManage and PerfectLaw.
• Previous experience supporting multiple attorneys.

• Experience with trial software such as Casefleet and Trial Director.
