LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm in Phoenix, Arizona, to identify a Litigation Paralegal for a direct-hire opportunity. This role provides hands-on involvement in state and federal court matters within a collaborative, team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, familiarity with ECF filing systems, and strong legal research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience in plaintiff-side or complex matters.
• Class action litigation experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and appellate filing procedures.
• Experience with ECF filing systems; strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Manage state, federal, and appellate court filings.
• Support discovery, including document review and production.
• Handle e-discovery, Bates numbering, redactions, and privilege logs.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Coordinate trial materials and calendar management.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents
• Assist with legal memoranda and Bluebook citation review
• Manage state, federal, and appellate court filings
• Support all phases of discovery, including document review and production
• Handle e-discovery, Bates numbering, redactions, and privilege logs
• Conduct legal and factual research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Communicate with clients and class members
• Prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials
• Create trial notebooks, exhibit binders, and witness files
• Coordinate trial logistics and maintain case calendars
• Manage e-filing, document management, and administrative litigation support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience
• Class action litigation experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of state, federal, and appellate court procedures
• Experience with ECF filing systems
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
