You will assist attorneys through all stages of litigation, manage files, and ensure deadlines and court requirements are met, while providing strong administrative support in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• Proven paralegal experience with familiarity in litigation processes.
• Experience with personal injury matters (auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, slip and fall, sexual abuse).
• Experience with legal case management software and document review systems.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to draft clear legal documents.
• Strong proofreading and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with multiple cases.
• Effective client and witness interviewing skills.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Administrative experience supporting a law office.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery management, and trial support.
• Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Draft and prepare discovery materials and correspondence.
• Coordinate client and witness interviews and compile detailed reports for case development.
• Order medical records and lien records and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files through data entry and filing.
• Monitor case progress, schedule court dates, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ensure case files comply with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management and phone etiquette.

About The Role
