Job summary

Krupnik Law Group PC is seeking a litigation support professional in New York with prior plaintiff’s personal injury experience. You will draft and file litigation documents, manage deadlines, and coordinate with medical experts for trial readiness.

Qualifications

• Prior New York plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience is required.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, organized and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting summonses and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
• Preparing Requests for Preliminary Conferences, RJIs, Notices of Issue, and other court filings.
• NYSCEF e-filing and monitoring court deadlines.
• Preparing and responding to discovery demands.
• Preparing HIPAA and other medical authorizations.
• Scheduling depositions, IMEs, and court appearances.
• Maintaining litigation calendars and tracking deadlines.
• Trial preparation, including subpoenas, expert exchanges, trial authorizations, and obtaining narrative reports.
• Coordinating with medical providers and experts regarding reports and trial availability.
• Client communications, assisting with translation, and providing comprehensive litigation support to attorneys.
