Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage litigation case files following the pre-litigation handoff, ensuring files are organized, current, and prepared for each stage of the litigation process.
• Calendar Coordination: Manage litigation timelines by scheduling hearings, deadlines, and appointments, minimizing the risk of oversight.
• Document Preparation: Draft legal documents, correspondence, and memos for attorney review, maintaining accuracy and compliance with court standards.
• Court Filings: File court documents promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to all local jurisdiction protocols.
• Team Support: Collaborate with attorneys and the litigation team to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure a balanced workload.
• Workflow Organization: Assist in organizing and managing the litigation attorney’s workflow, keeping actions aligned with case priorities and deadlines.
