Job description

Do you find purpose in helping people who have been wronged? Are you naturally good at communicating with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions? Does seeing people get pushed around by the system motivate you to advocate for change?

If so, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

This is not a traditional Personal Injury paralegal position. You'll work directly with our Managing Attorney and play an important role in supporting both our clients and legal team. In addition to supporting a Personal Injury caseload, you'll also work on Property & Casualty matters, giving you exposure to multiple areas of our practice and the opportunity to develop a broader range of legal experience.

Because of the nature of this role and the level of access you'll have to leadership and confidential information, we're looking for someone we can trust with sensitive information, complex client situations, and matters that require sound judgment. This position requires a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

You'll be part of a fast-moving team where ideas become action quickly. You'll have the opportunity to see how cases are managed from multiple perspectives, work closely with senior leadership, and take ownership of meaningful responsibilities. We value people who are curious, proactive, and constantly looking for ways to make things better.

We have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for victims of disasters and personal injury, and we're not slowing down. Every case represents a real person who is counting on us to help them navigate a complicated system. Your work will directly contribute to that mission.

Specifically, You Will:
