Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a national Am Law 200 law firm in its search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its busy and collegial team! This is a temp to hire, full-time role out of the Firm's Roseland, New Jersey office (with some interaction with the Firm's New York offices as well).

Primary duties of the Litigation Paralegal include but are not limited to:

• Assisting attorneys in cases throughout all phases of litigation process;
• Creating, organizing, and maintaining case files;
• Assisting with court filings, including cite checking legal briefs, assembling exhibits and appendices; and confirming Bluebook citations;
• Performing legal research (Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other sytems);
• Collecting, organizing, reviewing, and preparing documents for production; preparing fact chronologies, document production logs, privilege logs, and redaction logs;
• Assisting with trial and arbitration preparation, including tracking exhibits and working with court reporters, courtroom personnel, clients, and witnesses;
• Performing other tasks as needed.

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

Infrequent lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds.

The successful Litigation Paralegal will have:

• 4 or more years of Litigation Paralegal experience in a large law firm setting;
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey and New York federal, state, and local rules and procedures;
• Knowledge of ECF procedures;
• Bachelor's Degree required;
• Strong attention to detail;
• A focus to providing excellent client service;
• Strong desire to work with a busy team!
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Competitive compensation ($45/hour - $54/hour), commensurate with experience; benefits.
