Job Title: Texas Family Law / Civil Rights Attorney – Parental Rights & Due Process Case

Location: Remote or based in Texas (must be willing to represent in Kaufman County and beyond). Seeking attorney outside Kaufman County due to local conflict concerns.

Description: I am Travis L. Pugh, a father of three (including a current U.S. Army servicemember), seeking experienced legal representation for a complex and urgent case involving:

• Restoration of parental rights
• Obstruction of due process
• Civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983

After eight years of being blocked from my children by the family court system in Kaufman County, Texas, I am facing unconstitutional treatment, including:

• Arrests without warrants
• Involuntary mental health detentions despite hospital clearance
• Witnesses being blocked from testifying (including under subpoena)
• Court delays strategically scheduled to void jurisdiction by allowing my daughter to turn 18 before hearing

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for enforcement and restoration of my parental rights under Texas Family Code
• File appropriate motions or appeals to challenge unconstitutional actions by the court
• Prepare and possibly initiate a civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for due process violations
