Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of recent paralegal experience in employment class actions and wage & hour litigation.
• Expert-level proficiency preparing Tables of Authorities.
• Strong legal research skills using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Trial preparation experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex employment litigation and class action matters.
• Prepare, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, exhibits, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis.
• Prepare and generate Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents with high accuracy.
• Assist with motion practice, court filings, trial preparation, and case management.
• Coordinate deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and ensure timely case progression.
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff while managing multiple priorities.

What You'll Do

Support attorneys through all phases of complex employment litigation and class action matters.

Prepare, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, exhibits, and discovery.

Prepare and generate Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents with a high level of accuracy.

Assist with motion practice, court filings, trial preparation, and case management.

Coordinate deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and ensure timely case progression.

Collaborate closely with attorneys and litigation support staff while managing multiple priorities.

What We're Looking For

3-4 + years of recent paralegal experience specifically supporting employment class actions, collective actions, and wage & hour litigation.

Expert-level proficiency preparing Tables of Authorities.

Strong legal research skills using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Trial preparation experience is highly preferred.

Compensation

$70,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
