Job Description

A prominent law firm representing insurance policyholders against insurance companies is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to focus on discovery efforts. This includes meeting with clients to review in-depth discovery responses, propounding and responding to discovery requests, drafting legal documents, and summarizing depositions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited paralegal program is a plus.
• Full-time, in the office (8 hours, Monday through Friday).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email; MAC OS.
