Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Houston, TX to support a portfolio of complex plaintiff-side matters. You'll handle discovery, pleadings, case organization, and trial prep under attorneys, with a focus on sensitive sexual assault and other high-stakes cases.

Ideal candidates bring plaintiff-side litigation experience, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple plaintiffs while maintaining client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Prior litigation paralegal experience, ideally on the plaintiff side.
• Experience with personal injury, sexual assault/abuse, mass tort, product liability, or multi-plaintiff matters.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on paralegal support across a portfolio of complex plaintiff-side litigation matters.

• Assist attorneys with pleadings, discovery, document preparation, case organization, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate information across multiple clients connected to larger litigation matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and help ensure required information and documentation are collected.
• Work closely with attorneys to keep large, complex matters organized and moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands‑on paralegal support across a portfolio of complex plaintiff‑side litigation matters.
• Assist with sexual assault and other sensitive, high‑stakes cases.
• Support matters involving numerous individual plaintiffs and substantial volumes of case information.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior litigation paralegal experience, ideally on the plaintiff side.
• Experience with personal injury, sexual assault/abuse, mass tort, product liability, complex civil litigation, or other multi‑plaintiff matters strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with mass tort‑style case organization, even if the matters themselves were not formally mass torts.
• Experience managing multiple plaintiffs or clients within a larger litigation matter is highly valuable.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes, deadlines, discovery, filings, and case preparation.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload without losing sight of individual client needs.
• Comfortable working on sensitive cases and communicating professionally with clients.
• Able to operate in a fast‑moving environment where the cases are significant and expectations are high.
