The ideal candidate will be involved in case management, discovery, trial preparation, and evidence organization, handling subpoenas, summaries, production logs, and document productions with efficiency and precision.

WCBG paralegals are actively involved in case management, discovery, trial preparation, and evidence organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing and tracking subpoenas, creating medical and deposition summaries, managing production and discovery logs, coordinating document productions, and assisting attorneys in all aspects of litigation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong aptitude for litigation technology, includin g e-discovery platforms, electronic document management, and evidence presentation technology, as well as the ability to efficiently organize, manage, and produce documents under tight deadlin es.
