Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, researching with LexisNexis, managing digital files, meeting deadlines, and supporting trial prep.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Paralegal studies or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a family law paralegal in a law office setting.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes and family law.
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
  • Proficient in LexisNexis for legal research.
  • Exceptional proofreading with attention to detail.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

We are a small, very well respected and established woman owned firm serving high net worth individuals in the areas of divorce, prenups, estate planning and estate administration. We have offices in Colorado and South Dakota.

We have an opening for a full-time, on-site family law litigation paralegal for our Golden office.

We are looking for a paralegal with 4+ years of relevant Colorado family law experience who does not need entry level training, and who understand complex financial issues. Our clients demand excellence on all levels.

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents for litigation, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Requirements

  • Exceptional proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,820.00 - $113,400.00 per year
