Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including expert retention, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include obtaing records and depositions via subpoena, drafting and formatting legal documents, organizing case files and exhibits, managing deadlines and court calendars, and coordinating communication with experts, courts, and opposing counsel. The role involves conducting legal research, assisting with pleadings and motions, and preparing materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. This is a full-time, position based in Encinitas, CA, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Litigation Paralegal will collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure accurate, timely, and professional case support.
