LHH in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join its plaintiff-side team handling mass tort and personal injury matters. This hybrid role offers a strong focus on trial preparation, discovery management, and collaboration with top litigators.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience, including substantial trial work and familiarity with federal and Colorado rules. Remote options within Colorado are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience (3-4 years with substantial trial experience)
• Significant trial preparation and courtroom support experience
• Personal injury, mass tort, or catastrophic injury litigation experience preferred
• Experience with sensitive subject matter is desirable
• Strong knowledge of federal and Colorado civil procedure and discovery rules
• Experience with e-discovery platforms and litigation technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and case management software
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, review, and production
• Draft and respond to written discovery, deposition notices, and subpoenas
• Prepare trial notebooks, witness files, exhibit lists, and demonstratives
• Provide in-court trial support, including exhibit management and witness coordination
• Coordinate with experts, court reporters, opposing counsel, and vendors
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
• Communicate with clients professionally and confidentially
• Support attorneys through case workup, mediation, settlement, and trial

Civil Litigation Paralegal (Mass Torts & Personal Injury)

Denver, CO (open to remote in Colorado or Hybrid)

Pay: $80,000-$100,000

(hourly position with overtime eligibility)

A highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team in Denver. This is an opportunity to work alongside accomplished litigators handling complex personal injury, mass tort, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and sensitive civil litigation matters.

This position is ideal for a self-sufficient litigation paralegal who thrives in a trial-focused environment and is passionate about helping clients pursue justice in high-impact cases.

Qualifications

• Personal injury litigation experience required
• Experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, or similar litigation preferred
• Experience handling sensitive subject matter, including sexual assault litigation, is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of federal and Colorado civil procedure and discovery rules
• Experience with e-discovery platforms and litigation technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and case management software
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
