Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong trial preparation and courtroom support experience.
• Personal injury litigation experience required.
• Mass tort experience highly preferred.
• Experience with complex litigation matters such as Roundup, Talc, IVC Filter, Asbestos, Sexual Assault, or similar cases is a plus.
• Proficiency with case management systems such as Needles, Litify, PACER, Clio, Westlaw, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Paralegal certification or related legal education preferred.
