Job summary

Leoforce in Dallas is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of six years of experience in a busy litigation practice. The role involves managing a high-volume docket, drafting correspondence, shell discovery responses, and pleading shells, and preparing hearing/trial notebooks with careful calendaring of deadlines.

Candidates should be familiar with TRCP discovery protocols and have experience filing in both state and federal courts. Some overtime will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities
