Gainor Staffing is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a leading Am Law 100 firm on a temp-to-perm basis in Los Angeles. This role demands hands-on support with large-scale discovery, trial prep, and courtroom technology.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience, strong Relativity skills, eDiscovery, and familiarity with IPRO, Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER. A Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate or equivalent are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience.
• Advanced Relativity experience, including database setup, QC workflows, productions, and ongoing database management.
• Substantive trial experience, including exhibit management and hands-on support during proceedings.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery, legal research, court filings, and Bluebook citation standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of large-scale discovery projects, including document collections, review databases, productions, and privilege logs.
• Coordinate electronic and paper court filings and maintain critical case information and deadlines.
• Conduct legal and factual research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and discovery materials.
• Manage deposition transcripts, exhibits, witness materials, and specialized document collections.
• Coordinate with eDiscovery vendors and litigation support teams while performing quality control.
• Provide hands-on support for trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions, including courtroom technology and exhibit presentation.

Pay Rate Range: $61-78 per hour, based on experience
