Job Details

Position Overview

An excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced insurance defense practice. This role offers hybrid work arrangements after an initial in-office period.

Core Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation from case inception through trial
• Prepare and manage e-filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft and review medical record summaries and chronologies
• Maintain case files and litigation calendars
• Draft basic pleadings and discovery documents
• Assist with deposition preparation and exhibit management
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and external vendors
• Monitor court deadlines and maintain internal tracking systems
• Handle correspondence with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, insurance defense preferred
• Strong experience with e-filing systems and court procedures
• Demonstrated expertise in medical record review and summarization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
