Zirtual has partnered with a top California law firm to find a qualified 1099 remote paralegal for their office.

Zirtual is a work-life balanced company offering practice area-specific, experienced virtual paralegals to law firms. Our US-based paralegals aim to meet and exceed attorney-client needs and expectations. We provide paralegals across various practice areas and states, handling both transactional and litigation work.

Our paralegals are vital members of Zirtual. They serve as the main point of contact with their assigned clients and work independently with law firms. Each paralegal receives support from an assigned Account Supervisor, who assists with plan modifications, questions, feedback on quality, delegation, collaboration, and more.

The paralegal will deliver high-level professional services by working on tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring timely and quality execution. They will be responsible for maintaining familiarity with each client's needs and preferences, and for consistent, proactive communication with clients and Account Supervisors.

Paralegals are expected to be available during business hours as agreed with each client, with around-the-clock availability not required. They must enter time daily using provided tools, respond within established timeframes, maintain detailed client profiles, and follow Zirtual's best practices for success.

Position Summary
