Stealth Law Firm in Bradenton, FL seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support civil and criminal matters. The Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) credential is required, and the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication, be highly organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Criminal law/criminal defense experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of pleadings, discovery, and court procedures

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for attorney review
• Assist with civil and criminal matters from initiation through resolution
• Handle discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production
• Organize exhibits, briefs, and case materials
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Coordinate criminal case files and trial materials
• Draft synopsis memoranda from telephone conferences
• Liaise with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel

A well-established law firm with offices in Bradenton, Sarasota, and West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for an immediate opening in their Bradenton office. The ideal candidate is a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience and is comfortable working across both civil and criminal matters; criminal defense experience is strongly preferred.

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
