Ligori & Ligori PA is seeking an experienced Florida Registered Paralegal for their Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience and proven trial preparation abilities. Responsibilities include scheduling depositions, drafting legal documents, and providing trial support. The position offers an annual salary between $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience, monthly bonus potential, and extensive health benefits, including fully paid medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide in-trial support to attorneys.
• Draft, review, and organize Requests for Admissions, Interrogatories, and Requests for Production.
• Manage discovery responses with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, complaints, and proposed orders under attorney supervision.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide in-trial support to attorneys.
• Draft, review, and organize Requests for Admissions, Interrogatories, and Requests for Production.
• Manage discovery responses with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, complaints, and proposed orders under attorney supervision.
• Track and manage non-party production, requests for copies, and maintain non-party logs.
• Draft and review Civil Remedies Notices (CRNs).
• E-File documents on both state and federal levels.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and judicial assistants.
• Collaborate with attorneys and fellow paralegals to drive cases forward.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
• Monthly Bonus Potential.
