Job summary

LHH in Austin, TX is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy commercial litigations and trucking defense team. You will manage large-scale discovery, draft pleadings, review depositions, maintain calendars, and assist with trial prep in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong discovery and case management skills, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Commercial litigation and/or trucking defense experience required.
• Strong discovery and case management skills; experience supporting cases through trial preparation.
• Familiarity with billable hour requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Are you a Litigation Paralegal looking for an opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and trucking defense matters with a highly respected Texas law firm?

We are partnering with an established law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy team of commercial litigators handling complex, high-exposure cases from inception through trial.

What You'll Do

• Manage large-scale discovery and document production projects
• Support commercial litigation and trucking defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery responses
• Review and summarize depositions, records, and case documents
• Maintain case calendars and litigation deadlines
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, notebooks, and courtroom support
• Work closely with attorneys and legal support staff in a collaborative environment
