Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in portfolio management, legal, mortgage and/or finance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring communications to diverse audiences.
Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate work within deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Processes third party subpoenas served on the bank for civil and criminal matters.
Review complex legal documents and log key information into case management system.
Apply state and federal laws to maintain compliance with proper service, notification requirements, and privacy laws.
Navigate multiple systems to research and acquire responsive documents.
Interact with Law Enforcement, agencies, and attorneys to negotiate scope and due dates.
Maintain a large caseload with organized, timely responses.
Interpret legal documents accurately and submit timely responses to matters.
