Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, processing attachments, applying exemptions, and generating official bank responses.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to comprehend complex legal documents.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload of litigation requests and subpoenas with SLA adherence.
• Ability to research and retrieve responsive documents across multiple banking products and systems.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple cases with accuracy and detail.
• Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making for time-sensitive matters.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and priorities.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Review complex legal orders and decide on attachment of client funds.
• Process attachments for levies and garnishments related to debts or crime.
• Determine eligibility for state or Federal exemptions.
• Initiate payment of funds to agencies or courts as applicable.
• Apply Federal Exemptions to access exempt funds.
• Create customer notification letters for account activity.
• Provide official bank responses to courts or agencies.
• Interact with agencies including law enforcement as needed.
• Interpret legal documents accurately and manage caseload effectively.
• Submit timely, accurate responses and communicate with external parties.
