Qualifications

• Litigation-focused legal administrative experience required.
• Knowledge of NM court rules and e-filing in state and federal court.
• Ability to manage competing demands from multiple attorneys with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative responsibilities and collaborate with attorneys, legal support staff and various firm departments.
• Open new matters, interface with clients and establish ongoing relationships.
• Docket deadlines in firm's docketing program, Milana.
• Create, format, edit, proofread, and manage Word documents.
• Draft routine correspondence and forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
