Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary for our Albuquerque office. The role requires strong knowledge of New Mexico court rules, docketing, and e-filing in both Federal and State courts, with 5+ years in a fast-paced defense firm.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a litigation-focused legal administrative assistant required.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage competing demands from multiple attorneys, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong technical, organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with and knowledge of e-filing in state and federal court.
• Some college preferred.
• Experience with Milana a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform administrative responsibilities and collaborate with attorneys, legal support staff and various firm departments.
• Open new matters, interface with and establish ongoing positive business relationships with clients.
• Docket deadlines in firm's docketing program, Milana.
• Create, format, edit, proofread, and manage Word documents.
• Draft routine correspondence and forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
