Job summary

CDF Labor Law LLP in San Francisco, CA is seeking a seasoned Litigation Legal Assistant to support three attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative office. The role requires strong calendar management, eFiling in state and federal courts, and meticulous attention to detail in a diverse team environment.

This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule after a 90-day training period, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and a range of firm benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation/Legal Assistant.
• Experience with calendaring and court rules; cross-check calendaring with eDockets, Milana or Compulaw.
• Experience with eFiling in State and Federal courts; creating tables of authority, bookmarking exhibits, redacting and Bates stamping.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel and perform administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Entering attorney timesheets and other administrative tasks.
• Support to three attorneys desks.
• Office duties as assigned.
