CDF Labor Law LLP in San Francisco seeks a seasoned Litigation/Legal Assistant to support three attorneys in a dynamic, small-office setting. This full-time role requires meticulous multitasking, calendar management, and eFiling across state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with court rules. Hybrid work is available after a 90-day training period, with a standard 8:00–5:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation/Legal Assistant in a litigation environment.
• Experience calendaring and researching court rules/local rules/judge's rules.
• Experience with eFiling in State and Federal courts, including tables of authority, bookmarking, redacting, Bates stamping.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to 3 attorneys desks and assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Enter attorney timesheets and handle other administrative duties.
• Manage calendaring and cross-check schedules using eDockets, Milana or Compulaw.
• Research and apply court rules/local rules/judge's rules as needed.
