CDF Labor Law LLP in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Litigation/Legal Assistant to support three attorneys in a dynamic, small-office setting. The role requires strong calendaring, eFiling, and investigative skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule after a 90-day training period. Expect to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in-office with potential hybrid flexibility; prior experience in labor and employment a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Litigation/Legal Assistant in a litigation environment.
• Experience with calendaring, court rules, and cross-checking calendars with specialized software is required.
• Experience with eFiling in State and Federal courts, including tables of authority, exhibits, redaction, and stamping.
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support 3 attorneys desks with administrative and legal tasks.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
• Enter attorney timesheets and perform other duties as assigned.
