Progressive is seeking a legal assistant in Hoover, Alabama for a hybrid position. You will support attorneys with preparation of motions, pleadings, and other legal documents, while managing calendars and coordinating defense expert examinations.

Ideal candidates will have litigation experience, a solid grasp of legal terminology, and the ability to handle confidential information. This role requires proximity to the office for occasional meetings and training sessions.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED or higher and at least two years legal work experience.
• Experience supporting a professional team and handling confidential information.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and litigation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare legal documents and correspondences, such as motions and pleadings.
• Manage attorney calendars and coordinate examinations for defense experts.
• Communicate with clients and maintain files; support discovery activities and other admin duties.
