Confidential Employer in Mobile, AL is seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney to manage sophisticated matters from inception to resolution. You will develop strategies aligned with client business objectives and draft critical pleadings, motions, and discovery while conducting thorough legal research.

You will represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations, maintaining proactive client communication and collaborating across practice areas.

Formación

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Alabama Bar license or ability to obtain admission.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience independently handling cases from start to finish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sophisticated civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional client service while balancing multiple active matters.
