Job description

A growing, multi-state defense litigation firm is seeking driven attorneys with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a passion for litigation to join our team in Oklahoma City. We handle complex, high-exposure matters across a diverse range of practice areas, including construction law, healthcare liability, oil & gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, premises liability, construction defect, and insurance coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of their cases—with a clear path toward hands‑on litigation and trial experience.

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Oklahoma
• Strong litigation background and/or insurance defense experience preferred
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

What You’ll Do

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Handle written discovery, depositions (taking and defending), and motion practice
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Evaluate case strategy, including liability, damages, and exposure
• Provide timely, thorough reporting and analysis in compliance with client guidelines

Trial experience is not required, but candidates with trial experience—or a strong desire to try cases—are highly encouraged to apply.
