Confidential Employer in Orlando, FL is seeking a paralegal with 1+ year of litigation support to join our established civil litigation team. The role emphasizes preparing pleadings, coordinating case management, and working closely with attorneys on various matters.

This on-site position offers $45,000 to $55,000 annually, with an option for one remote day per week after 90 days; insurance options and retirement plan are provided, and candidates from related litigation fields are encouraged to

Qualifications

• 1+ year of litigation legal support experience as a legal assistant, litigation assistant, or paralegal.
• Familiarity with civil litigation procedures, legal documents, and case management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven legal environment.
• Comfortable working with attorneys and supporting ongoing litigation matters.
• Insurance defense experience preferred, but other litigation backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of civil litigation, from case preparation through resolution or trial.
• Prepare, format, proofread, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal correspondence.
• Assist with court filings, case management, and litigation deadlines.
• Maintain case files, calendars, and important legal documentation.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, meetings, and other litigation activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and other parties.
• Help our legal team stay organized, efficient, and prepared for upcoming case developments.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Location

Orlando, FL — Primarily on-site, with typically one remote day per week available after your first 90 days. Enjoy working closely with our legal team while gaining some additional flexibility as you settle into the role.

Compensation:

$45,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience.

Note

Applicants must have 1+ year of litigation legal support experience as a legal assistant, litigation assistant, or paralegal. Insurance defense experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates from other litigation practice areas.
