Orion Placement is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a civil litigation team in our Jacksonville office. This full-time, on-site role handles case development, discovery, and trial prep with a collaborative attorney group.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of paralegal experience in civil litigation, Florida procedure knowledge, and Florida e-filing familiarity. A bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is preferred.

Jacksonville, FL | Riverside/Downtown Area | Fully On-Site

Join our Jacksonville office and enjoy working alongside a welcoming, experienced litigation team. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Note

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience in a law firm, knowledge of Florida civil procedure, and hands-on experience with state and federal court e-filing. A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.

Job Description

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Previous experience supporting attorneys in a law firm litigation practice.
• Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures and court rules.
• Experience with electronic filing in Florida state and federal courts.
• Ability to draft litigation documents and manage discovery and case deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic case management.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Jacksonville, with overtime as needed.
