Job summary

Orionplacement in Brandon, FL seeks an on-site Litigation Attorney to handle matters from inception to resolution. You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and represent clients in hearings and depositions, while building client relationships and contributing to business development.

The role requires an active Florida Bar license and at least 1 year of litigation experience, with strong research and persuasive writing skills for a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

Qualifications
