Job summary

Confidential Employer. in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a civil litigation attorney to manage cases from pleadings to resolution and to draft motions, pleadings, and discovery. You will attend depositions and hearings, perform legal research, and help develop case strategies.

The role requires active Florida Bar membership, 1+ years of civil litigation experience (2+ preferred), and the ability to work from our Boca Raton or Jacksonville office, with occasional remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of professional civil litigation experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Hands-on experience attending depositions and court hearings.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, conducting discovery, and performing legal research.
• Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work primarily from our Jacksonville or Boca Raton office.

Location

Note

Candidates must hold an active Florida Bar license and have experience attending depositions and court hearings. At least 1 year of civil litigation experience is required, with 1+ years preferred. We welcome qualified attorneys from law firms, solo practices, and in-house legal backgrounds.
