Job summary

As a key member of a high-performing team, you will prepare, format, and e-file pleadings, manage calendars and deadlines, assist with discovery, and prepare deposition and trial materials. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation support experience in a law firm.
• Working knowledge of Louisiana state and federal court rules and e-filing (PACER/CM-ECF).
• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office, document management systems, and e-discovery platforms (Relativity or similar).
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Polished written and verbal communication.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred.
