Polsinelli PC in Denver, CO seeks a Business Development and Marketing Specialist for Litigation and Labor & Employment. You will advance client relationships and brand awareness by understanding practice groups, attorneys, competition, and client base.

Responsibilities include supporting BD initiatives, RFPs, content creation, events, and outbound communications. The role requires 4+ years in legal marketing or professional services with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in marketing and/or business development in legal or professional services.
• Marketing experience in Litigation and/or Labor & Employment is encouraged.
• Strong project management, prioritization and ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in applying AI in professional services workflows.
• Ability to work with executives and handle ambiguous requests.

Aufgaben

• Develop deep understanding of the Departments' practice groups, attorneys, competition and client base to grow client relationships and brand awareness.
• Support development and execution of BD initiatives, events, and strategies for the Departments and practice groups.
• Assist with RFPs and pitch responses; maintain proposal tracking and materials.
• Ensure marketing content is current and compelling (web pages, bios, pitches).
• Coordinate events with the firm-wide events team; manage invitations and client communications.
